Kinmo vs Wibbi: Your branding on every program.Even in the smallest plan.

The program is how your treatment carries on at home. That is where your practice belongs: your logo, your colors and your name, in every plan, Flex included. Kinmo takes them from your website, without patient data and without a password for your patient. Enter your website and see it right away.

An exercise program as your patient sees it in Kinmo: with the practice's logo, name and colors.
Work out what it costs

What we say about Wibbi comes from Wibbi itself, with source and date.

Kinmo doesn't know who your patient is.That belongs in your records.

Wibbi keeps your patient's name, email address and phone number, unless your practice has them anonymized. And the first time, your patient picks a username and a password. Kinmo doesn't: you share a link, and who your patient is stays in your own records. No second patient database, nothing to move over, nothing that can leak.

It's about your practice. Not about us.

Your own exercises in at once, from wherever they are. Reviews for your practice, asked for at the right moment. And search in your practice's own words.

Your own exercises, in your own programs

Import them with ease and use them in your exercise programs, alongside the exercises in Kinmo's library. Kinmo fetches a whole exercise page from your website or a YouTube playlist in one go, you paste in a list from Excel, and you add videos and photos from your laptop or your phone. Instagram is coming soon. You review everything before it goes into your library. A protocol in Word or PDF, you read straight in.

In Wibbi, from PRO, you create unlimited exercises of your own, with your own photos, videos or YouTube videos, and share them with your team.

Reviews for your practicePro

Four to eight weeks after sharing (you choose when), Kinmo asks your patient once for a Google review, in your words. No fixed button on the program: one request per treatment episode, and once answered, it doesn't come back.

In Wibbi, an NPS survey asks your patients how satisfied they are.

Search the way you think

Not 23,000 exercises, but a library curated around the exercises used most in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. Type it abbreviated, half or with a typo: Kinmo knows the other names for an exercise. Does your practice have its own word for an exercise? Add it as a search synonym, and you and your colleagues find that exercise in your own words.

Wibbi has more than 23,000 exercises with video and more than 300 templates. You search by keyword, with filters or from a template.

Wibbi charges per account and per user.Kinmo per treatment episode.

A treatment episode is the whole treatment of one new patient: adjusting and re-sending are part of it. In Kinmo and Pro your whole team works along, part-timers, students and locums too, without a license per person. Describe your practice and work it out.

How it adds up as your team grows

Each therapist with 4 new patients a week.

KinmoWibbiWhat Kinmo savesPer month, by number of therapistsFrom 1 to 15 therapists, Wibbi costs €69 to €167 a month, and Kinmo €14 to €224.

List prices, excluding VAT. We count new patients a month on 45 working weeks a year; paid yearly, a month is a twelfth of the yearly price. Beyond your plan, a new treatment episode costs €1. A Wibbi PRO account includes one user; each further user costs €7 a month. If each therapist starts 4 new patients a week, Wibbi PRO paid monthly is cheaper from 8 therapists up.

What fitsyour practice?

Neither is the best choice for everyone. Wibbi does more; Kinmo deliberately does less.

Choose

Wibbi

if this is you:

  • You like to choose from as many exercises as possible

More than 23,000, for occupational therapy, fitness and speech therapy too.

  • You want to see what your patient does at home

Whether the program was opened and done, with pain and exertion.

  • Your patients want an app

Wibbi Vive, with a reminder of the exercises.

  • You want questionnaires in the program

Outcome measures such as DASH and QuickDASH.

  • You work with 8 therapists or more

Each further user costs €7 a month. At 4 new patients per therapist a week, PRO is then cheaper.

Choose

Kinmo

if this is you:

  • You want your own practice on every program

Logo, colors and name, in every plan, taken from your website.

  • You would rather keep no patient data

Fewer GDPR worries: who it is stays only in your records.

  • Your patient creates no account

A link, without a username or password.

  • You work alone or in a small practice

Flex costs €9 a month, with your branding included.

  • You bring your own exercises in one go

A whole web page, YouTube playlist or Excel list at once.

  • You want reviews on autopilot

Kinmo asks for them, once per treatment episode, at the right moment. In Pro.

Switching isquickly done.

0patient records to move over

Kinmo doesn't need them. And your patients don't have to install or create anything: they get a link. This is the whole list.

  1. Enter your website

Kinmo takes your logo and colors from your website. Your first program is in your own branding right away.

  2. Add your own exercises

Kinmo's library is ready from the start; your own exercises come on top. Kinmo fetches an exercise page from your website, a YouTube playlist or a list from Excel in one go, and what you don't have anywhere yet, you film. A protocol in Word or PDF, you read straight in.

  3. Send your first link

Start new patients in Kinmo. Patients still exercising in Wibbi finish there.

Questions about Kinmo and Wibbi

Question not here? Email [email protected].

Is Kinmo cheaper than Wibbi?

That depends on how big your team is. Wibbi charges per account: a fixed price with one user in it, and €7 a month for each further user. Kinmo charges per treatment episode: the whole treatment of one new patient, adjusting and re-sending included.

On average, a therapist starts 3 to 5 new patients a week. At 4 a week, Kinmo paid monthly is cheaper if you work alone or with fewer than 8 therapists. From 8 therapists, Wibbi PRO is cheaper, and paid yearly from 7. The calculator on this page works it out for your practice.

What does Wibbi cost in 2026?

On wibbi.com you request a quote; Wibbi's German site lists prices in euros. There, PRO costs €69 a month, or €588 a year, excluding VAT, with one user. Each further user costs €7 a month. Wibbi doesn't say whether those prices apply elsewhere; the calculator uses them.

LITE costs €49 a month, or €348 a year, but without your logo on the programs, without exercises of your own and with the orthopedics module only. The app in your own branding comes with PRO Plus, at €99 to €199 a month paid yearly.

What does Kinmo count as a treatment episode?

A new patient with a program: the first time you share a program with a patient. Adjusting and re-sending belong to the same episode, for as long as your patient uses the program.

A link expires after 60 days without being opened, and after twelve months in any case. If you share again after that, for instance because the same patient comes back with a new complaint, that is a new episode.

Does Kinmo have an app for patients?

No, and that is a choice. Your patient gets a link and opens the program in the browser, without installing anything and without a username or password. It asks for an access code only if your practice turns that on. If you plan exercise days, your patient puts them in their own calendar, with the link.

Wibbi has an app, Wibbi Vive. Your patient can also open the program through the link in the email, text message or WhatsApp, and picks a username and a password for it the first time.

Is Wibbi the same as Physiotec?

Yes. Physiotec is Wibbi's former name; on its German site it is still "Wibbi (ehem. Physiotec)". If your practice used Physiotec before, this comparison is about the same software.

Can I bring my exercises over from Wibbi?

Your own exercises, yes: the videos, photos and texts you made yourself. You paste or upload a list in Excel or CSV into Kinmo, we fetch what is on your website or in a YouTube playlist, and you add your own videos and photos from your laptop or phone. A protocol in Word or PDF, you read straight in.

The exercises from Wibbi's library stay behind. Kinmo has a library of its own, ready from the start.

Does Kinmo integrate with my practice management system?

There is no integration. You copy the program into the patient's record as plain text or formatted, and your patient gets the link. By its own account, Wibbi does integrate with EMRs and practice management systems; whether yours is among them, you can check with Wibbi.

Where is the data stored, with Kinmo and with Wibbi?

With Kinmo, the database with your account, your exercises and your programs is in Stockholm, at Supabase. Photos and documents are with Cloudflare in Western Europe; videos with Cloudflare Stream, which is not tied to a region. Kinmo keeps no data about your patients. The data processing agreement comes with every account.

With Wibbi, according to its privacy notice, the patient data of a practice in the EEA is stored with AWS in Germany, and your account's data with AWS in Canada. For support, Wibbi staff in Canada can access the data.

Can my patient read the program in their own language?

Yes. Kinmo translates the whole program with AI, including your own exercises and instructions, into more than a hundred languages. You choose the language, or your patient does, in every paid plan and up to five translations per program.

According to its own site, Wibbi's exercises are available in at least four languages.

Can I try Kinmo first?

There is no free trial, but the interactive demo works without an account. After that, Flex is the smallest step: €9 a month, canceled month to month.

Want to start with your whole team? Then there is the Kickstart: 90 days of Kinmo for €147. If you have really used Kinmo and it doesn't work for you after 90 days, you get the amount back.
